PETERSENARCHITEKTEN stands for customized design strategies, the highest quality standards, and architecture that stands the test of time. With a team of 15 architects, we develop and execute sophisticated projects in the residential, commercial, and cultural sectors. Our focus is on the transformation and further development of existing building structures. We revitalize and densify complex existing properties while respecting their history and character. In doing so, we combine innovative architecture, sustainable concepts, and smart solutions for energy, mobility, and open spaces.
In your new position, you will independently lead complex projects through service phases 1–4 and 5 all the way to completion, demonstrating architectural excellence, organizational strength, and technical expertise. You will integrate concept, design, and execution and serve as a central point of contact between the client, government agencies, specialist planners, and our internal team.

Your profile:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in the realization of complex projects in Germany
- extensive experience in remodeling, renovation, or existing-building projects
- Proficiency in Service Phases 1–5 and experience in project implementation
- a strong understanding of architecture, construction, and attention to detail
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting independently
- Confident communication and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent knowledge of German (at least C2); good knowledge of English
- Confident use of Vectorworks
