At the locations in Berlin and Stuttgart, 20 architects work in interdisciplinary teams on all planning phases of projects in the residential, commercial and cultural sectors.

In your new position, you will be the reliable support of the management in day-to-day business. In addition to general administrative and organizational tasks, your tasks include the following areas in particular:

  • Create, track and manage offers, contracts and addendums based on templates
  • Generate fee invoices in coordination with the project managers and monitor payment transactions
  • Check and instruct incoming invoices in coordination with the project managers
  • Monitor deadlines in all service areas
  • Preparatory accounting
  • Recruiting, personnel management and vacation planning

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial education
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the management assistant field
  • Excellent knowledge of German (at least C1); good knowledge of English
  • Independent and responsible way of working
  • Passion for architecture and design
